2. We will answer your email with a formal layaway agreement that outlines payments, dates, etc.
3. Return the Layaway Agreement signed, and dated along with all applicable fees and down payment, and the item will be held for you.
Please read the Layaway and Refund Policies outlined below!
- If your final payment is not received by the “final payment due date”, your layaway purchase will be canceled and all monies paid to date will be forfeited.
- Extension of final payment date may be granted, at our discretion.
- Customer has 48 hours from initial date of layaway to cancel for a full refund, minus the $20 layaway fee.
- A $20 layaway fee will be charged on all layaway orders.
- 25% of total purchase price is required for a down payment.
- Accepted forms of payment for layaways is cash, credit card, check or Paypal.
- If you choose to pay by check, your item(s) will not be released until your final check has cleared.
- Items will not be held for the customer until Layaway Agreement is signed, and down payment plus layaway fee has been made.
- A $35 service charge will be assessed on all returned checks.
- Upon receipt of the signed Layaway Agreement with down payment plus Layaway Fee, the item(s) will be pulled and held for the customer until the layaway completion or forfeiture.
- A confirmation of payment will be emailed to the email address provided after each payment is made.
